The annual Women In Behavior Analysis Conference is a two-day hybrid event bringing together professionals from across the behavior analysis community. Hosted in Chicago from July 15–17, 2026, the conference offers both in-person and virtual attendance options, making it accessible to professionals everywhere.

This year's program will highlight prominent women in behavior analysis while also addressing the importance of gender equality and diversity within the field. Through engaging presentations, meaningful discussions, and opportunities to connect, the WIBA Conference creates space for learning, leadership, and shared progress.
