Call for WIBA 2024 Volunteers - Apply by June 7th, 2024!

The WIBA Conference thrives on the energy and dedication of our volunteers, who play a pivotal role in creating an empowering and educational environment for our attendees. This year, we are eager to offer the opportunity to engage with the community by volunteering at WIBA 2024.

Volunteering not only contributes to the success of our event but also offers significant benefits to volunteers, including discounted or complimentary conference registration based on the number of shifts worked.

Volunteers at WIBA gain firsthand experience in the field, enhance their professional networks, and contribute to our mission of empowering, celebrating, and mentoring women in behavior analysis.

Volunteer Benefits

2 shifts – 50% conference registration
3 shifts – 75% off registration
4 shifts or more – 100% off registration

Requirements

Complete and submit volunteer application by June 7th, 2024
Share 1 reference in the application
Attend 1 virtual volunteer training and 1 in-person training (onsite at the conference)
Be willing to work a minimum of 2 shifts (there are 8 total shifts across the 3-day conference)

Examples of Volunteer Activities

Assisting with registration
Working at the WIBA swag store
Monitoring rooms for questions from attendees
Assisting speakers
Scanning attendees in and out of presentations for continuing education units (CEUs)
Helping to set up rooms
Assembling registration bags
