The WIBA Conference thrives on the energy and dedication of our volunteers, who play a pivotal role in creating an empowering and educational environment for our attendees. This year, we are eager to offer the opportunity to engage with the community by volunteering at WIBA 2025.

Volunteering not only contributes to the success of our event but also offers significant benefits to volunteers, including discounted or complimentary conference registration based on the number of shifts worked.

Volunteers at WIBA gain firsthand experience in the field, enhance their professional networks, and contribute to our mission of empowering, celebrating, and mentoring women in behavior analysis.

Volunteer Perks

Your time and effort come with tangible rewards! Volunteers receive discounted or complimentary registration depending on the number of shifts worked:

2 shifts – 50% off conference registration
3 shifts – 75% off registration
4 shifts or more – 100% off registration

Volunteer Requirements

To be eligible, volunteers must:

Submit the Volunteer Application by May 30th, 2025
Provide one reference in the application
Attend one virtual volunteer training session
Attend one in-person training session onsite at the conference
Commit to a minimum of 2 shifts (there are 8 total shifts over 3 days)

What You Might Be Doing

Our volunteers help make the event run smoothly in a variety of ways. Some example roles include:

Greeting and checking in attendees at registration
Assisting at the WIBA swag store
Supporting speakers and managing Q&A sessions
Scanning attendees for CEU tracking
Assembling registration materials and bags
Helping to set up and monitor session rooms
